From learning the professional hand-tied spiral technique to creating a statement basket or sustainable chicken-wire vase arrangement, each workshop gives guests the chance to create something beautiful to take home.
How is it hosted? Our flower arranging workshops are instructor-led, hands-on experiences designed to introduce participants to professional floristry techniques. Each workshop combines a professional florist demonstration with guided practical time, allowing participants to follow the process step by step and receive individual guidance along the way. The session finishes with time to photograph the finished designs and take them home, alongside simple flower-care guidance.

Create a professional fresh-flower basket arrangement using floral foam and traditional floristry techniques. Participants learn how to prepare and waterproof the basket, establish shape with foliage, place focal and supporting flowers, and create a balanced, gift-ready design.

Hand-Tied Spiral Bouquet.
Learn the professional hand-tied spiral technique used by florists to create a balanced and elegant bouquet. Participants learn correct hand position, stem angle, rotation, shape and balance before tying and finishing their own bouquet. Chicken Wire Vase Arrangement.
Explore a more sustainable, foam-free approach to flower arranging using chicken wire as the floral mechanic. Participants learn how to create natural movement, line, height and depth while using negative space to achieve a refined, garden-style arrangement.

All three workshops are instructor-led and combine a professional live demonstration with a guided practical session, individual coaching, finishing and time to photograph the completed designs.

Every workshop is designed as a complete, hands-on floral experience, with the materials and guidance participants need to create their arrangement.
Fresh flowers and foliage : Each participant receives a curated selection of fresh flowers and foliage. Flower varieties can be adapted according to season, availability, budget and the agreed colour palette or event theme.
Professional florist : A professional florist leads the workshop, providing the live demonstration, practical instruction, individual coaching and finishing guidance.
Floristry tools and materials : The tools and mechanics required for the selected workshop are provided for use during the session, including florist snips, knives, binding materials, floral foam or chicken wire where applicable.
Workstation setup : Basic workshop materials such as water containers and table protection are included, with the setup tailored to the selected arrangement.
Flower-care guidance : Participants receive simple guidance on caring for their finished arrangement so they can enjoy it for longer.
Certificate of completion : A certificate of completion is provided at the end of the workshop.

Pumpkin Flower Arrangement.
Create a seasonal floral centrepiece using a real pumpkin as the vessel. Participants are guided through preparing and waterproofing the pumpkin, adding the floral mechanic, conditioning their flowers and building a balanced arrangement with seasonal blooms, foliage and Halloween-inspired details.
The workshop combines a florist demonstration with guided hands-on making, before participants finish and style their own pumpkin arrangement to take home.

The workshop can be hosted in a comfortable, well-lit indoor or shaded space with stable tables and enough room for each participant to work. Around 70–100 cm of working space per person is recommended, with clear visibility of the florist's demonstration area. Nearby water access is preferred, particularly for workshops using floral foam, and a suitable area for floral waste disposal should be available. Setup access before guests arrive is also required.
