  • Financial and invoicing data: as required by UAE tax/commercial law

We may capture photos or videos during events for promotional or internal use. You may opt out of being photographed or recorded by notifying us in writing prior to or during the event. We will not publish or share identifiable imagery if consent is withdrawn by the Client .

Under UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

  • Request correction, deletion or restriction of processing

  • Withdraw consent at any time (where applicable)

  • Object to marketing or data processing
