By confirming a booking with The Together Collective, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, which - together with the booking form - are to comprise the entire agreement between us:

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the provision of event management, corporate experiences and team-building services (“Services”) by The Together Collective FZCO (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to the client (“Client”, “you”) within the United Arab Emirates. 1.2 By confirming a booking or making payment, the Client agrees to be bound by these T&C.

2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 Bookings are subject to availability. 2.2 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement or written acceptance and the required payment as specified in these Terms. 2.3 Event details (date, time, venue, number of participants and activity selection) must be finalised at least 14 days before the event. 2.4 Any changes to event details are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

  4. Payments must be made via approved methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit card or other agreed method.

  5. Late payments may incur a 2% per week late fee and the Company reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

  6. Failure to make full payment by the 60-day deadline may result in cancellation of the event, with the deposit forfeited.

Rescheduling / Postponement

  1. If the Client wishes to reschedule the event, the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date.

  2. A rescheduling fee will apply, as agreed in writing at the time of rescheduling.

  3. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation terms outlined above will apply.

  4. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to venue and service availability.

  • If an event is public, ticketed or promoted, the Client must inform the Company at least 14 days prior to the event so that appropriate approvals can be advised.

  • Unless agreed in writing, the Company provides guidance only and is not responsible for obtaining permits.
